Our goal is to ensure the timely delivery of in-stock items to addresses within the UK, typically taking 5 - 10 working days from the point of order placement. During periods of high demand and public holidays, please allow for additional delivery time. Certain items may have extended lead times if they are currently unavailable or on pre-order. For more precise information about delivery dates for specific items, feel free to reach out to us via email. At this time, we are exclusively able to ship to mainland UK addresses.

For pre-order items, we cannot guarantee exact dates due to our reliance on suppliers. However, please be assured that we will promptly dispatch these items upon their arrival. Once a pre-order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not feasible. Nevertheless, you can still arrange a return of an item for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. In line with our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, we may consolidate and dispatch all items together once your complete order is in stock unless specified otherwise.

Kindly note that once we hand over items to the courier, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during transit. Accurate address information, including the postcode, is essential, as we cannot be held accountable for inaccuracies. Please provide a contact number so our courier can communicate delivery updates and make rescheduling arrangements when necessary.
