RETURNS PROCESS:

We trust that your order brings you as much delight as it does us! Nonetheless, should you opt to request a return or if your item arrives in a damaged or defective state, we kindly request that you reach out to us via email within 3 days upon receiving your order at styled@fluidhomeinterios.co.uk. (see returns procedure below). Subsequently, we ask that you ensure the return reaches us within 14 days from the date of your return request. Should your item be delivered to you damaged or faulty, we urge you to promptly provide us with images for assessment.

To ensure a smooth return process, we stipulate that the item(s) must be securely packaged, undamaged, and within their original packaging upon return (both the outer box and the protective materials). Including the packing slip is essential for proper identification of the sender, as we cannot proceed with the refund without it. All products must be returned in a resalable condition; returning unwanted items in a damaged state will mean we will be unable to issue a refund.

Regrettably, shipping costs for unwanted items cannot be reimbursed. The cost of returning the items rests with you (unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item has been received). For secure and traceable returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go astray. In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, rest assured that we will initiate a replacement to you. Kindly refrain from discarding damaged or faulty items, as well as their packaging, unless specifically advised by us.

Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process, deducting the original postage cost. If an exchange was requested, we will proceed accordingly. Please be aware that it might take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

    • Date of Delivery
    • Invoice Number
    • Item Name
    • Quantity
    • Reason for Return:
      • Damaged in Transit
      • Manufacturing Fault
      • Processing Error
    • Any Comments
    • If you are requesting a Replacement or Credit
    • Attached photographic evidence

Kindly take note that all items marked as "sale" are deemed final sale and, unfortunately, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
