Returns
RETURNS PROCESS:
We hope you love your order, but if you need to return an item, please email us at styled@fluidhomeinteriors.co.uk within 3 days of receiving it. Returns must reach us within 14 days of your request. If your item is damaged or faulty, send us images for assessment.
Items must be securely packaged, undamaged, and in original packaging, including the packing slip. Soft furnishings (cushions & throws) can only be returned for a credit note, not a refund. Shipping costs for unwanted items are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked return service as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund (minus original postage) or exchange within 14 days. Please don’t discard damaged items or packaging unless advised. Need help? Just reach out!

- Postal Code
- Date of Delivery
- Invoice Number
- Item Name
- Quantity
- Reason for Return:
- Damaged in Transit
- Manufacturing Fault
- Processing Error
- Any Comments
- If you are requesting a Replacement or Credit
- Attached photographic evidence
Kindly take note that all items marked as "sale" are deemed final sale and, unfortunately, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
